Hi, I'm Sarah...

I'm a Nutritious Movement certified Restorative Exercise Specialist, Life Alignment coach, and musical theatre performer.

As a performer, I'm pretty familiar with my body and how to use it. But it wasn't until I started learning about Restorative Exercise that I really understood how my body worked and what it needed to thrive.

And guess what, the answer wasn't more exercise. In fact, the more I tried to stick to my vows to start running or do more yoga, the worse I felt!

It wasn't until I started changing HOW I moved, and even how I thought about movement in general, that I started feeling less pain and more freedom in my body.

And those changes all started with small shifts to the way I moved through my daily life. I didn't sign up for a new gym membership or yoga retreat. I didn't carve out an extra hour each morning to sweat it out in my garage.

I just started moving more naturally, one small step at a time.

And that's what I'm here to teach you - how to move more naturally, holistically, and sustainably throughout your day, so that you can give your body more of what it needs to feel nourished and alive!
